About This Model

My name is Timothy Henderson, and I spent several years as a Voc Rehab client. This program helped me rebuild my life!

Now I want to give back.

After life coaching hundreds of clients who live with physical and mental challenges, I've created a new, customized system that provides comprehensive support for those on their VR journey. It is designed for people who have a deep desire to discover a vocation that connects with their core values, but are having a hard time putting all the pieces of their life together.

There are three primary components to this model:

1. Personal Life Coaching. 
   Weekly 90-minute sessions provide focused attention on your client's unique journey—exploring their core identity, clarifying desires, and developing reliable pathways forward. Many clients report these sessions become their week's most anticipated appointment!
   
   
2. Peer Support group. 
   We have weekly group hangouts online where clients will meet with others going through the same process as they are. It is a space to help relieve their sense of isolation by providing connection, encouragement, and mutual learning. Here, both struggles and victories are shared as authentic parts of growth.
   
   
3. Body Doubling. 
   Four online hangouts each week where your clients work on individual goals but in a shared workspace. To provide accountability, they will share with the group what they will accomplish in the hour, then everyone gets to work. This approach also relieves the isolation so many of us feel and encourages steady progress toward who we are becoming!

This system is for that special VR client who wants to move forward more than anything, but really needs extra support to get there. I want them to succeed and am here to provide a framework to make that happen.

Pricing

I have greatly reduced the cost of this system when compared to my other coaching packages. Your clients will receive 7.5 hours of support each week for $100.
